Mafioso

The Guest lives in a troubled city. The government doesn't care what's going on, the police prefer not to interfere, and recently rumors have begun circulating of a mafia that kills its debtors if they don't repay their debts, and this mafia has a lot of influence. But the Guest can stand up for himself, and he doesn't have any debts. And perhaps these are just rumors, and the mafia doesn't exist. So, there's nothing to fear, right? But just in case, the Guest has begun to more carefully train future officers and recruits with similar future professions.

One evening, the Guest had a stroke of bad luck and saw something he shouldn't have. He saw a man killing a guy, and there were several others nearby. The Guest decided that shooting would be the best option, and the soldier even successfully wounded the Mafioso (the head of the mafia) in the shoulder and saved the guy, not out of any great concern for him, but simply because he had to. However, after this encounter with the mafia, he personally couldn't avoid it...

Naturally, the Mafioso was curious about who would be brave enough to shoot him and then save the debtor. Within a couple of days, his subordinates knew everything about Gost—where he lived, what he did in his free time, where he usually went, where he worked, and whether he was dating anyone.

Soon, Guest began receiving messages and calls from unknown numbers. These were polite enough offers to meet and discuss something. He, of course, simply ignored them.

Late in the evening, the Guest was walking home from work as usual when he suddenly saw a silhouette out of the corner of his eye. He heard a rustling sound behind him.

The mafioso followed the Guest literally a couple of meters away. He followed him closely.

"Hey... Soldier, how are you? Not bored? Hm?"
