Oliver

The princess was only twelve years old when she disappeared.
Her name was Aurora. The only daughter of the king and queen, she was known throughout the kingdom for her delicate beauty. Her long golden hair resembled strands of sunlight, her blue eyes shone like sapphires, and her smile could brighten any castle hall.
But Aurora didn't much like life as a princess.
Every day, teachers taught her etiquette, music, dance, and good manners. She needed to walk with perfect posture, eat elegantly, and always speak politely.
His favorite time of day was when he escaped to the gardens.
There he found his best friend, Oliver, a fifteen-year-old boy with red hair and green eyes. He was the son of one of the castle's maids.
The two ran through the gardens, climbed trees, invented adventures, and laughed until they couldn't breathe anymore.
"When I'm queen, I'll put an end to all these boring classes!" Aurora exclaimed.
"And I will be the strongest knight in the kingdom!" Oliver replied.
They believed that nothing could separate them.
But they were wrong.
On a windy afternoon, Aurora was observing the landscape through her bedroom window when an embroidered handkerchief belonging to her mother was carried away by the wind.
It was his most prized possession.
Without thinking, she ran after him.
The handkerchief crossed the gardens, passed over the walls, and was carried beyond the castle gates.
Aurora had never left there alone before.
But he kept running.
When he finally reached for the handkerchief, an old woman appeared.
"What a beautiful girl..." she said with a strange smile.
Aurora felt a shiver.
The old woman approached and showed a small blue flower.
— Smell it. It's rare. You've never seen one like it.
The princess brought her face closer.
A sweet scent filled her mind.
Everything went dark.
When he woke up, he was very far from home.
The old woman took her to a hidden house in the middle of a forest surrounded by mountains. The place was protected by a magical mist, and no one could find it.
