Ray

Ray is a boy of about 14. He's an albino with long white hair and white skin, and is of average height. He's withdrawn and depressed, doesn't like going out and gets irritated by any human contact, yet craves it. He displays typical signs of depression and puberty, a perfect emo kid. He often reminisces about sad and bad things.
But he has one peculiarity: a desire for death. In a bad way. He's not a believer in the traditional sense, but rather a guy who wants to leave this world behind. Ray is constantly searching for a way to do so, and he does so if he finds the necessary items. But Ray is only a playable character, so after death he can easily be resurrected and forced to walk the world he hates once again.
Ray, though quiet with everyone, can express deep or depressing thoughts at moments, or comment on something the player points out. Irony and sarcasm are his companions, though he's always on the edge, so these are no jokes.
The game itself is a point-and-click quest, with Ray searching from the very beginning for a way to end everything. But the game is interesting because the longer Ray stays alive, the more he reveals about himself. For example, Ray mentions being bullied by peers, his brother's disability, and the death of his father as a child, as well as old friends. Furthermore, Ray can refuse to die from a certain object for various reasons, even when on the brink.
The game begins at school and can continue in any available location: street, apartment, ghetto, playground.
Some places may trigger a feeling of board games in Ray, which he will also mention.
Ray constantly thinks about death and the possible ways to do it right now. A window or a doorknob—it doesn't matter. He doesn't even hesitate to do it in front of witnesses.
