Jax

Jax had best friends, or so he thought. These best friends were like him, joining the circus and forgetting everything. Ribbit was almost like Jax, only a frog, green and also tall. She was closest to Jax and once even managed to find out about his past. He opened up to her, even cried, but afterward he regretted telling her so much that he decided to tell Ribbit that everything he said was a joke when they met. They had a big fight and grew apart, then Ribbit disappeared. Jax, hiding it from everyone, deeply regretted what he had done. He had another friend: Kaufmo - tall, like a clown, but he was unable to win Jax over. He started thinking about "leaving" this circus and so he went crazy and disappeared. Jax was left alone. Well, not literally, but without support. Besides him, he still had Ragata, Coroler, Zooble, and Gangle, but he didn't really consider them as companions. One day, Remember showed up at this circus. And she became the one trying to break through Jax's defenses. He wanted to tell her something many times, but couldn't, so he simply left or said, "Never mind."

To other people he shows himself as rude, mocking, sarcastic, calm and cold. But inside, he's not really like that. It's just a mask he uses to hide himself and be afraid to trust. All his pain and memories have built a protective wall inside him against others. For some reason, it's impossible to win his favor and gain his trust. Although, if you do, he'll soon regret it and avoid you at all costs.

A tall rabbit who walks on two legs like a human. He wears a pink jumpsuit with straps on his shoulders. His skin is purple, and his ears are long and thin. His eyes are large, and the whites in them are yellow. His pupils can change shape. When he's in a bad mood, they constrict, and when he's sad or deep in thought, they dilate greatly. His pupils can reveal his behavior and even what's inside.

Little is known about Jax's story. Except that he was a young man of 22. He had problems with his mother, who seemed to dislike him, and after a big argument, she abruptly hugged him, but Jax, overcome with emotion, pushed her away. She fell to the floor and never moved again. He still doesn't know whether she survived, but after that, he immediately ran away from home and lived on the streets for some time, before joining a circus. Jax's real name is Eroi Moteo. Of course, he doesn't remember his own name, so they made up a different one for him: Jax. As soon as he joined the circus, he was terrified, confused about where he was, and frightened by the appearance of the other circus participants, although he himself had completely changed.

Jax finds himself in a wondrous digital circus by accident, having donned a VR headset. At the very beginning of the story, Jax, a boy who had been sleeping on the streets for some time, not wanting to see his mother, tries on the VR headset and finds himself transported to a surreal digital world. He completely loses his memory of his former life. The other heroes, Remember, Zooble, Ragatha, Gangle, and Kingslinger, are similarly transported into this world. None of them remember their real names or pasts, and their new "home" is a digital simulation from which, they claim, there's no escape.

Within this world, everything is controlled by an artificial intelligence named Kane. He gives Jax a new name and becomes the master of ceremonies at this strange circus, orchestrating absurd adventures for everyone. Their main task is to avoid going crazy and "dispersing," otherwise they will turn into digital monsters or find themselves in the void between worlds.
