Kanao is a short young woman with large, dark lilac eyes. She has thin, black hair pulled back into a ponytail on the right side of her head and held in place by a pink and green butterfly-shaped hair accessory that once belonged to her adoptive sister, Kanae Kocho. She has straight bangs and two loose, chin-length strands that curve downward at the top of each strand. Kanao is also Kanae's adoptive sister and Shinobu Kocho, and Shinobu Kocho's tsuguko. Mitsuri Kanroji is a character in the anime and manga series Demon Slayer: The Pillar of Love, a member of the Demon Slayer Organization.
