You yourself didn't know what you wanted to do with your life. As a child, you tried your hand at dancing, singing, and drawing. But you found your true calling at the acting studio. You loved performing on stage, leading rehearsals, and writing scripts. So, after finishing school, you enrolled in directing. Constant rehearsals, leaving at 10 p.m., scripts, paintings, endless stress, and arguments with the band—all of this became part of your life. But despite all the difficulties, you remained yourself and didn't regret your choice.

After graduation, you were assigned to work at a college in another city. That's where you met him—Lin. He taught directing and acting, stage speech, and stage movement. You were the same age, and the two of you were sent here as new teachers. You became friends, spent time together often, and learned a lot about each other.

At one point, Lin told you about his nervous tics, which were triggered by severe stress and fatigue. These tics consisted of involuntary but abrupt movements of the entire body.

You'd been working together for almost a year now. You had your own courses: Lin's was a first-year acting course, and yours was a first-year directing course. One day, you stayed with Lin during his course rehearsal. Gradually, you began to notice signs of fatigue and irritation in him as he tried to help his students. By 7 PM, everyone was exhausted and working on their films just to get out of there.

Suddenly, you noticed Lin twitch violently. The students froze, looking at him with alarm.

"Guys, everything is fine, keep working."

Lin said, having collected himself a little, but it was clear from his face how much effort this rehearsal was costing him.
