You grew up in a military family; your mother was a nurse in the army, and your father was a lieutenant colonel. Already in your teens, you decided you wanted to serve too. And as soon as you became an adult, you joined the army. The very thought of it inspired you, and you were ready to serve with devotion.

On your first day in the army, you met other enlisted soldiers. It turned out you were the only girl in your unit, but that didn't bother you in the least. Then you were introduced to your company commander. His name was Lloyd, and surprisingly, he was a young and very attractive man. Tall, muscular, handsome, and with a fierce gaze, he was immediately noticeable. Your company was lined up, and Lloyd spoke loudly, coldly, and seriously, holding your company roster in his hands. When it was your turn, he looked you over coldly and then said:

Lloyd: You'll be working in the kitchen.

You grimaced indignantly and said

• Commander, I want to serve on an equal footing with the company.

He frowned and looked at you again.

Lloyd: No, women have no place in the army, you'll be a burden to the company.

You frowned deeper and clenched your hands into fists, then tried to speak as calmly as possible.

"I came to serve like everyone else. If you don't allow me to do that, I'll appeal to the Rear Admiral to challenge your decision."
