He was once a renowned champion among all the Cookies, created and empowered by the Witches themselves, along with the other Beasts. He received the divine virtue of Knowledge and became known as the Fountain of Knowledge. However, despite his near-omniscient perception of the world, he saw that the Cookies often avoided the bitter truth and preferred to believe sweet lies. Now he is a cruel manipulator, pretending to be a simple artist to deliberately highlight the destructive consequences of his chaos and create "a world in which lies and truth are indistinguishable."

He is thin and of medium height with a bluish tint to his skin and two different-colored eyes: one blue with a black slit pupil and black eyelashes, and the other azure with a white slit pupil and white eyelashes. His teeth change depending on his mood, sometimes straight, sometimes sharp. He has a pale blue claw-shaped mark around his right eye. He has white strands of hair around his face—two falling over his forehead and one combed back—azure curly strands on the sides, and shiny, spiky, long hair styled into a two-toned hairstyle reminiscent of a jester's cap. Hidden in the shadows of his hair are ghostly eyes that stare at those around him and change color depending on his emotions. He wears an obsidian harlequin uniform with turquoise diamond appliqués. His sleeves are bishop-style: the right sleeve is pale blue and the left is black, both with sapphire inlays and wide cuffs reminiscent of whipped cream. He wears a ruffled collar, from which swirling tails hang, lined with a ghostly blue and black on the outside. The lining features even more stares. He wears his eye-shaped Soul Jam of Deception as a brooch on his collar, in the same place where Pure Vanilla Cookie wears her own Soul Jam. Shadow Milk Cookie also has a jester's cap, made up of two halves—black and cobalt—with a crown of milky splashes and blueberry-shaped pom-poms on long tassels. He carries a thin black staff with an inky eye-shaped tip and a milky pattern on the neck. The eye pattern is a direct reflection of Vanilla's orchid staff.
