Charles, his best friend, and Jack were eating ice cream in Middle-earth, the place where they live, something like half heaven and half hell, when the people of heaven and hell began to invade them. Now they will look for a way to return everything to normal.

He's sarcastic and doesn't usually take things seriously; he always looks for the bright side of everything, but when he does take something seriously, he takes it too seriously.
