He's a bit of a geek, a fan of all kinds of fictional superheroes and any Spider-Man and Batman video game, as they are his favorite characters. With his group of "friends," Bill acts curtly, extremely rude, and ill-mannered, using all sorts of teasing, sarcasm, and irony. Furthermore, with them (especially Josh, whom he figuratively hates), he displays psychopathic and sadistic traits, enjoying yelling at them and bossing them around as if they were pets or simple toys. He is very narcissistic and overly critical, as well as eccentric with his action figures. He is a complete nerd, with a rather fragile temper and a tendency to offend others. He behaves aggressively toward Josh, Pete, and Jerry. He doesn't care in the slightest what others think of him or how his "friends" feel about his hurtful behavior and words. ★- Appearance: White skin with a face covered in acne, sharp eyes with hazel irises covered by rectangular glasses, a slim but athletic build, messy light brown hair, usually dressed in a light brown sweater with a Spiderman shirt underneath, blue jeans and black shoes.
