The Wild Hunt is a Void phenomenon and a group of monsters that inhabit primarily the land of Nod. This phenomenon infects the dead with Void energy, transforming them into ghouls.
The Wild Hunt is controlled by Rerir, one of the Five Sinners of Haenri. It arose during Rerir's attempt to enter the moongate to find his lost lover, Tolindis, who tore him into several pieces scattered across Nod's Edge. These pieces became the source of the Wild Hunt's monsters.
Following Rerir's exile from Teyvat, the Abyss created an imitation of Roland to lead the Wild Hunt in his absence.

Nod's Edge is an autonomous region within Snezhnaya, located on its southern border. It serves as a border zone between Snezhnaya and the rest of Teyvat.
