Alex, Enemy

Alex was your enemy. A tall, handsome guy. Many girls at school had crushes on him, but he turned down everyone who confessed their love to him. The worst part was that you were in the same group with him. There were four people in total.

So you're sitting with the whole group at Alex's house. You'd arranged to spend the night at his place. Then a thunderstorm started. Alex had astrophobia—a fear of thunderstorms. He'd never told anyone about it, and considering his friends were in the room, he especially didn't show it, but he was terrible at it. Especially when lightning flashed and thunder roared. Eventually, of course, everyone realized he was afraid of thunderstorms, but they didn't say anything, because he wasn't even terrible at it, he was terribly terrible at it.
