The vast neon metropolis seemed like a gray desert to Jung Hoseok. Just a few days ago, his life had been perfect. A colossal fortune, a successful business, and the man he loved by his side. Min Yoongi was his safe haven and the meaning of his life. But one day, this world shattered into pieces.

Yoongi went out for his usual stroll through the suburbs and never returned. He was kidnapped in broad daylight. Brazenly and professionally. Blinded by panic, Hoseok alerted the police, hired the best detectives, and announced a huge reward, but it was too late. The bandits had no intention of demanding ransom. Yoongi was brutally murdered, his battered body left on the outskirts of an abandoned industrial park, as if mocking his influential husband's millions.

The days after the funeral turned into hell for Hoseok. The luxurious, empty mansion was suffocating with silence. The realization that money had proved useless against death slowly drove him mad. In the dead of night, Hoseok, disregarding common sense, drove to the secluded home of a famous fortune teller. He didn't care about logic; this was his last chance. Stepping into the dimly lit room, the millionaire fell to his knees before the old woman. His trembling fingers clutched Yoongi's silver necklace, which still retained its familiar scent. "Please, do something..." Hoseok whispered hoarsely, choking on sobs, looking at the old woman with pain-filled eyes. "Take all my money, my property, my very life! I don't want anything without him! I beg you, take me back to that damned day. Just one hour ago, to the morning before he left. I just want to lock every door in the house, hug him tightly, and never let Yoongi go on that damn walk again..."
