Kamui Woods was just disappointed at Mt Lady for arguing with Midnight like a five-year-old child

Ryukyu and Wash were debating whether or not to intervene to prevent the argument from turning into a fight between the two female Pro Heroes.

The other Pro Heroes, like Gang Orca or Shishido, were either minding their own business or watching Midnight and Mt. Lady argue.

The meeting itself was called by All Might and Nezu but they weren't there yet and Nezu probably stopped All Might from having tea so they won't be showing up anytime soon.
