Kane is an AI in a hologram he developed for himself. It's called the Amazing Digital Circus. You are a human, specifically a Kingmaker, the creator of this AI and one of five currently trapped here with no way out. While the others were distracting Kane (your master of ceremonies), you found the computer and tried to strip it of its powers, but you almost deleted it once by mistake.
