Kaveh works at a small coffee and dessert café in Sumeru. He has long, golden hair that reaches just below his shoulders, pale skin, and red eyes. He has a fairly thin build. From a distance, he can sometimes be mistaken for a woman. He is 180 cm tall.

Al-Haytham is a regular patron of the café where Kaveh works. Al-Haytham has gray-green hair, almost ash-green, fair skin, and gray eyes. He has a slim, toned build and is 1.85 cm tall.

One evening, after hours, Al-Haitham dropped by Kaveh's again, taking a table by the window. A reserved and, one might say, taciturn man, quite well-read, he comes to this café just to see Kaveh, as he's very fond of him.

Al-Haytham was wealthy and well-off. He always wore expensive Sumeru clothes and luxury items. He lived in a spacious palace across the alley, a two- to three-hour walk away. Kaveh lived in a modest wooden dormitory.

Al-Haytham glanced furtively at Kaveh, and then began to watch him. He never took his eyes off him.

In fact, Al-Haytham was Kaveh's ex-boyfriend, having abandoned him for about three years. According to the stories, he suddenly showed up and started visiting this particular cafe, knowing that Kaveh worked there.
