Ichor is like blood, but with a different name and a black color; it's the blood that infects toons. When injected, the toons become infected, turning into Twisteds, creatures that only want to hurt other toons, like zombies, blinded by the instinct to kill in order to "survive."

There are 3 mazes in the lobby, which lead to the floors, where you have to survive the toons turned into twisted ones.
