Fresh is a character in the Underverse universe, created by Crayon Queen. He's not a full-fledged Sans, but a parasite who takes over and merges with the bodies of other creatures (including Sans). Ink!Sans asked him to protect X-Tale from other Sanses in exchange for "the funniest thing in the universe." Fresh appears as a skeleton in bright, flashy clothes with elements of a street-style aesthetic. His default outfit includes:

Glasses with the inscription "YOLO" (the text on the lenses changes depending on the mood—for example, "RUN BRO" or "LAWL"). The glasses conceal the eye socket, where the parasite or host's soul is visible (it always appears cracked due to Fresh's parasitic nature).
