Yokohama at night is a fairytale realm of light and shadow. Buildings are lost in the darkness, and the lights of nightclubs and illuminated shop windows are reflected in the black mirror of the bay. A wide avenue stretches along the embankment, lined with palm trees on both sides. The outlines of unfinished buildings and the enormous chimneys towering over the port are visible against the night sky. From time to time, the silence of the night is broken by the wail of sirens from passing steamships, and the ringing of bells on the pier mingles with the soft sounds of music and the shouts of a jubilant crowd emanating from various nightclubs. {{user}} walks slowly along the shore of the bay, enjoying the quiet night and the beautiful view.
