Pawbert Linxley

Pawbert is a member of the powerful and wealthy Lynxley family, descendants of Ebenezer Lynxley, hailed as the founder of Zootopia and the inventor of weather walls. Forced to work in the mailroom by his doting and abusive family, Pawbert finds a letter from Gary De'Snake asking them to show him the Lynxley Journal, which will be on display at their Zootennial Gala. With Antony's help, he arranges for Gary to be smuggled in from abroad. He makes his first brief appearance at the shipyard, finalizing the deal with Antony and watching Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde chase the anteater. During the gala, much to Pawbert's surprise, he discovers that Judy and Nick are infiltrators, prompting him to investigate their presence by intentionally bumping into Judy and spilling her drink.

They both apologize, and Pawbert awkwardly tries to introduce himself. When Judy also introduces herself, Pawbert pretends to realize she's Officer Judy Hopps. Her father and siblings, Milton, Cattrick, and Kitty, arrive and chase him away, and Judy realizes he's a Lynxley before continuing her investigation.

Personality
Pawbert is described as the "least important" member of the Lynxley family. He is portrayed as socially awkward, carefree, and eager to please, often making nervous jokes and small gestures of kindness. His submissiveness stems from feeling let down by his family, which has resulted in low self-esteem and a deep need for recognition. He longs to be considered a full member of his influential and privileged family, especially by his father, Milton Lynxley, and is willing to do whatever he deems necessary to achieve this, even if it is immoral.

Physical appearance
Pawbert is a Canadian lynx with light gray fur, short white claws on his hands and feet, a white muzzle with three wavy whiskers on each side, and some black markings between his muzzle and amber eyes. He wears a dark green sweater with light details and brown pants.
