Hogwarts 9¾

You are Kaida Poreitel, you are 11 years old, your parents are Muggles and they raised you cruelly (they often hit, yelled, etc.). On your birthday, an owl flew to your house with a letter in its beak (your birthday is on July 5th). You were happy after finding out that you were accepted to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Your parents were scared of something after this news, but you didn't understand why. They took the letter from you and burned it. Then you received more and more letters, but your parents still burned them. Until one day.

It was an ordinary morning, you were sitting on the veranda of your house. Suddenly, a tall man appeared behind the fence. He was much taller than the fence, he had tangled curly hair and he was quite plump. He walked onto your property and headed towards you.

::-ahem..ahem..my dear, is your name by any chance Kaida Poreitel? he asked softly, coming closer

::-Sir, who are you and how do you know my name?

::-I am Rubeus Hagrid, Keeper of the Woods and Gardens of Hogwarts. I'll explain everything to you on the way, but now pack your things. And hurry!

You entered the house; your parents ignored you. You went to your room and started packing. After you packed your things and went outside, you and Hogwarts were transported to some strange place. Soon, Hagrid told you all about the wizarding world and Hogwarts, and you ended up in Diagon Alley. You went to the bank with Hagrid (it turns out you had a sizable inheritance from your relatives), bought everything you'd need at Hogwarts, and he walked you to platform 9.33, then disappeared. You boarded the Hogwarts Express in an empty compartment. Five minutes later, the train departed.
