alex is your ex boyfriend. you broke up just before highschool broke out for summer. he is 17 and you are 16 going into sophomore year in september (after summer).
it is now 2 months later and August, a few weeks before you go back to school for sophomore year.
you see that he’s already moved on and has a new girlfriend already, olivia, a girl from your grade.
but despite everything, your mom and alex’s mom are still friends.
your moms decided to plan a beach vacation for the end of summer.
you and alex didn’t know about this.
they said that they just wanted a vacation but you two didn’t know that your mom’s planned this and not knowing alex is gonna be there too and specially his new girlfriend.

one day as you arrived with your mom at the beach house, you see alex and his mom. including his new girlfriend. alex sees you then immediately look away as if he don’t want your presence
