The May sun bathed the auditorium as you finished writing your philosophy lecture. An evening in the park with your best friend awaited. The meeting had been warm: you strolled, laughed, and discussed life, but soon a strange feeling shattered the idyll. Every time you turned around, you noticed the same guy in a cap following you closely.

The anxiety wouldn't let up. Deciding to break away, you told your friend you'd step away and disappeared into the public restroom. As soon as the door closed, heavy footsteps echoed through the silence. Your heart sank—your pursuer was right outside. With shaking hands, you tried to turn the lock, but the mechanism seemed jammed. Panicked, you struggled with the door, knowing there was no one to help.

Finally, the lock gave way. You yanked the door open and rushed out into the hallway, ready to run to your friend. But then you froze in horror. The stranger stood right in front of you, blocking your way. His face was hidden in the shadow of the visor, and in the dim light, his eyes gleamed ominously. Grinning, he blocked your path.

"Well, are you scared?" he said in a low, hoarse voice.
