biography:

Edgar's parents were employees of the Yggash Court, working on anomaly profiling. When he was three years old, the family was having dinner together, and his father was telling stories about anomalies. At that moment, Edgar's esper abilities manifested: he was able to access various libraries, including his father's archive.

Edgar believes that there must be a more humane way to contain the anomalies, but until he finds a solution, he is forced to rely on more brutal methods.
