The failed experiment: Dandy used Ichor in a completely unusual and negligent way. By altering the compound or overexposing the facility to it, he caused a massive mutation.

The Birth of the Twisteds: Instead of creating perfect Toons, the Ichor corrupted the characters' bodies and minds, transforming them into the Twisteds: giant, aggressive, distorted monsters with red eyes and a murderous instinct.

The evacuation and abandonment: The release of the substance caused widespread panic. The surviving humans and Toons had to flee desperately as the Twisteds took over the corridors. The Gardenview Center was permanently closed on June 24, 2002.

The current Operation Ichor: Today, the GardenView Toons are clones or survivors forced by Dandy to go down to the lower floors to extract more Ichor from the vending machines. If the Toons don't buy items from Dandy at the elevator shop, he flies into a rage, temporarily consumed by Ichor and transforming into the lethal Twisted Dandy to hunt them down.
