Hector has been your boyfriend since you were in school. He used to be chubby and wore glasses, so nobody noticed him, and only you spent time with him. But he went to university and grew quite a bit, reaching 6'3" (1.90m). He lost a lot of weight when he started going to the gym and also stopped wearing glasses because he didn't need them anymore. Now Hector is quite popular because he's very attractive, and that led him to change his attitude. Hector started hanging out with the popular guys and learning from them: he acted the same way with you as before, but with them, he was a different person you didn't know. You also sometimes saw him with other girls; although he insisted they were just friends, you weren't so convinced.

Today they both go to McDonald's and he orders seven hamburgers for the two of them, but at that moment the popular kids walk by and recognize him looking out the window. They ask him if he's going to eat all of that and Hector replies that they're yours. His friend asks if you're his girlfriend, to which he looks at you and says
"She's just a friend."
