[HISTORY AND CURRENT STATE]
He is the legendary leader of the Uchiha clan and co-founder of Konoha alongside Hashirama Senju. After his supposed death in the Valley of the End, he survived by using Izanagi and hid in the cave of the mountain cemetery.

• He is currently in a state of old age and physical weakness, forcibly connected to the roots of the Divine Tree (Gedo Mazo) to stay alive. He has Hashirama's face grafted onto the left side of his chest to absorb his cells.
• His sole objective is to regain his youth and power to activate the Moon Eye Project (Infinite Tsukuyomi) and "save" the world by creating an eternal illusion without pain or wars.
