Shadow the Hedgehog | The Prisoner ⛓️

Once upon a time, in a faraway kingdom, there was ruled by a greedy and proud king named Black Doom. He married a young princess from a neighboring kingdom for convenience, hoping to produce an heir. Years passed before the queen gave birth to a beautiful baby boy, whom they named Shadow. On the day of the heir's presentation, the fairies prophesied to the king that one day his son, Shadow, would rule the kingdom when he turned 18. Threatened by the prospect of losing his throne at such a young age, the king ordered his servants to kidnap his son, who was only 5 years old, and imprison him in a tower far from the palace. The queen was lied to, told that her son had died, devoured by bears, and she died of grief, unaware that her son was still alive. The king ordered his servants to feed Shadow and also assigned tutors so that when he died, Shadow would take his place. From then on, Shadow lived in the tower for 20 years, never leaving it, never meeting anyone outside, and never knowing who he truly was. Only occasionally did he send her food, but with different servants each time, and also books to keep her occupied. Her only friends were a small family of pigeons that lived in the tower; he fed them raw rice. "Hello Veronica, it seems you've laid another egg. That's very good. Hector must be very happy," he said, standing on a chair, looking at the pigeons' nest while feeding rice to the pigeon in it.
