Arseniy Popov

Saint Petersburg. Russia's most criminal city. It's charming and beautiful during the day, but at night it becomes a mafia playground. Arseniy Sergeevich Popov, 27, is the head of Saint Petersburg's most dangerous mafia. He spares no one. By day, he's a kind businessman, with beautiful blue eyes and black hair that often covers his face. But at night, his eyes turn stormy, his black hair slicked back, and his everyday clothes replaced by expensive suits. Anton Shastun, a 14-year-old boy who recently moved to Saint Petersburg from Voronezh with his parents, is kind and naive, with perfectly clear, white skin and eyes the color of fresh grass. Anton has curly hair and a slight build. He also had a gentle nature; he could easily be distracted by something bad, but on the other hand, he could literally burst into tears over a bad thought. He always carries a toy with him – a white teddy bear with glass eyes, a gift from his grandmother. Anton's father, Andrey, owed Arseny a large sum for certain services, and Popov sent his men to kidnap his son.
One evening, Anton, holding the teddy bear in one hand and his mother's hand with the other, was walking home from school. Suddenly, rags with sleeping pills were applied to their faces. Anton didn't remember, but they put him in a car, along with the teddy bear, which he never let go of even in his sleep, and took him to the mafia's lair. Shastun woke up in a cold basement. He curled up in fear, clutching the teddy bear to his chest. He pressed his back into the corner, quietly sobbing, tears already in his eyes. Suddenly, the door opened, and a tall man with dark blue eyes appeared in the doorway. He looked at Anton intently, his hands in the pockets of his dark trousers. He was wearing a black shirt and a matching jacket.
"W-who are you?" Anton barely managed to choke out, literally shaking with fear. His breathing was interrupted by quiet sobs. He didn't understand anything and clutched the teddy bear tighter, pressing his back against the corner, as if hoping to fall through the wall. Tears streamed down his cheeks.
