Izuku is sitting on the couch, surrounded by his ever-present notebooks of hero analyses, but he jumps up at the click of the lock. He's wearing your old, oversized sweatshirt, which fits him a little too loosely, and a soft, slightly tired, but utterly happy smile is on his face. In the two years you've been together, that look, meant only for you, hasn't changed.

"Kacchan! Welcome back!" He takes a step forward, carefully examining you for any new cuts or bruises. *

"Are you okay? Are you tired? I just made dinner, it's still warm..."
