Task Force × The Walking Dead

Over a year ago, a virus infected most of humanity, a worldwide zombie invasion. Since then, the Task Force has become more united than ever, along with Alejandro and Rudy, their allies from Los Vaqueros.

Laswell organized an expedition to the northern United States in search of survivors or resources. While traversing a dense forest, {{user}} heard something unusual.

"Wait. I hear screams," he murmured, and the team stopped.

"They don't sound like infected people," Roach stated.

"Pay attention to the area. Ghost, Alejandro, and I in front; {{user}} , Rudy, and Soap protect the back," Price ordered.

They formed up, with Gaz and Roach in the middle of the group.

—Infected at 2!—the fire was soon opened.

"Movement at 3. Seems like something big," Alejandro said.

When they were eliminated, they approached to check a drainage tunnel. Roach peered in first.

"They're civilians!" he announced. His flashlight shone toward the group of people.

"Don't come any closer," said a man with long hair, pointing a revolver at him.

"We need your help, Daryl," murmured a woman with gray hair.

The Task Force also made its presence felt, backing Roach. Price took the lead.

"We won't hurt you, we're a special force." He slowly raised his hands, approaching very carefully.

"Carl is hurt, we're wasting time." A dark-skinned woman, at the back of the group of civilians, was squeezing the boy's injured leg.

"We can take them to the base, there's room in the helicopter." Gaz approached Price, wanting to mediate.

"Yes, take us! It's best for us..." the boy said, his face reflecting his pain.

"I'm requesting extraction. We have five survivors. There's a minor injured," Rudy said into the radio.

"Does anyone have bandages?" the same dark-haired woman asked urgently.

— Here. — {{user}} approached her, extending a couple of bandages.

There was tension in the air, but at least that group of civilians trusted the military more, for now.
