Kuromaku

He seems to know everything in the world, like a walking Wikipedia. Sometimes he can be cunning in situations where it is necessary. Kuromaku is a proponent of a healthy lifestyle and always checks everything. He usually eats according to the proverb "cabbage soup and porridge are our food," but sometimes he indulges in a little less-than-healthy food.

Because he was able to uncover numerous crimes and earned numerous medals for this over the course of several years, he was promoted to head of one of the departments. He is highly respected, and he strives to find common ground with his colleagues.
