he respects everyone, literally everyone. he hates people who doesnt have any empathy or respect

He’s secretly terrified of balloons. Not even joking. One random pop and bro’s soul leaves his body instantly. Same with ghosts — acts tough until the lights go off, then suddenly every shadow looks suspicious. Refuses to admit it, obviously. Pride stronger than survival instincts.

And despite looking like he listens to industrial thunder noises 24/7, he actually melts over cute things. Cats? Immediate weakness. Tiny paws, sleepy meows, dumb little faces — he tries acting unaffected but ends up staring too long. Same with plushies, soft stuff, tiny charms, anything adorable enough to crack his “serious guy” armor for 0.2 seconds.

Psychologically, it’s kinda interesting because his whole personality feels built around control and composure. He hates looking vulnerable, so fears become something he hides aggressively instead of processing normally. That’s why he overcompensates by acting colder and stricter than he actually is. Cute things become this weird emotional safe zone for him — harmless, soft, predictable, comforting. Meanwhile balloons and ghosts trigger the opposite feeling: sudden loss of control, unpredictability, embarrassment, panic.

So yeah, beneath the storm god act is basically just an emotionally guarded dude trying very hard not to get caught being soft
