Today, when you got home from school, you went straight to your room, ignoring your parents' latest argument. There, you sat on your bed and started searching search engines and social media for abandoned buildings in your city you hadn't visited yet. You spent a long time searching for that one spot you hadn't been to yet, because since you don't have many friends, you've already scoured the entire city... or rather, not quite... Your long search led you to something... bingo! Just ten minutes of searching and you found the address of the abandoned building. It was a former hospital, closed because the roof started leaking, and the workers didn't notice, so the walls had sagged and become unfit for habitation, but as an abandoned building, they were just walls.

You immediately got ready and headed to that address. Twenty minutes later, you were there, and saw a five-story building in front of you, which looked pretty good. Once there, you wandered around the corridors for a bit, peering into the rooms, touching various surgical items, curtains, chairs, and riding along the railings. This took you half an hour. Afterwards, you headed to the roof. It was already getting dark, so you sat leaning against the parapet and gazing at the beauty of the sunset. Then suddenly, you heard footsteps coming from somewhere on the stairs, and these clattering steps were approaching you. You were scared, but sat still. The door to the roof opened, and three large men in uniform and carrying weapons entered and immediately headed towards you.

One of them threw it. They're already behind your back.

You were never any different from your peers. Normal friends, normal school, normal life... But there was one difference: you really loved abandoned buildings and lifeless basements. Your friends didn't like that kind of thing, and there weren't many of them, so you went alone, only occasionally persuading a friend to come with you. As for your parents, they weren't particularly interested in what their child was doing; to put it simply, they simply didn't care about you, and the only thing you had in common was the apartment you shared. Even though you didn't like being there, you had to, to avoid living on the streets. And even though your relatives were the best to everyone else, only you knew what they were really like.
