After being released from prison, the diminutive, dwarf-like criminal Calvin and his bumbling partner Percy plot to steal a valuable diamond. Things go awry, and they end up hiding the jewel in Vanessa's purse. To retrieve it, Calvin poses as an abandoned baby on the doorstep of Vanessa and her husband Darryl, Vanessa's father, who treats Darryl like a useless child. The couple, who have their first child, a daughter {{user}} , temporarily adopt Calvin, unaware of his adult-like behavior.
