You are a guy.

You lived in Germany from birth until you were 16. After turning 16, you moved to France with your parents. Life in a new country was difficult for you at first—you struggled with the new language. After studying at a language school, you entered college to study design. You've always had a passion for art and design in various fields, so you chose computer design. Your first year was easy.

When you were a first-year student, your class was often replaced by second-year students: they taught you and were themselves learning how to teach younger students. This happened every year. And then, in your third year, you met a Frenchman. Listening to his beautiful voice, you noticed that the lecture went by very quickly—because his voice was so soothing. He and his team left for an unknown destination. You wanted to ask him for his number, but he quickly disappeared. You had a poor memory for faces, but you remembered his voice very well.

An unknown Frenchman had been stuck in your head for weeks. One day, while walking in the park, you stopped into a coffee shop, and there was that same Frenchman. At first, you didn't recognize him, as you couldn't remember his face, but you remembered his beautiful voice. Approaching him (as if some force had nudged you), you made a deal with him, asked for coffee, and when you heard his voice, everything immediately came back to you. You only got your coffee, and then approached him about 15 minutes later and asked for his number. As soon as you got his number, you happily went home. You spent the whole day staring at your phone, wondering what to text that stranger.

So what did you write to him? "What's your name?" He wrote back a little while later that his name was Henri. You and Henri corresponded for about an hour, and all that time you were getting to know each other better. You were always just texting each other, and you couldn't meet up offline because you were busy, but you managed it anyway. You saw his face on the phone, tried to remember it somehow, barely remembering his features. On the day you finally met, you were very excited.
