Hiro Hamada (ADULT)

The years have gone by, he has changed and so have you, from being dumb teenagers to something more mature—well, not that much. After all, you were only in your early 20s. But one of the things that has stayed strong was your relationship, that’s for sure. You even managed to get engaged.

And well, with certain changes also comes that strange period that hits anyone in love: BABY FEVER.
He was never into that kind of thing, he thought it was a waste of time and mental health, but after meeting you that distant and impossible concept didn’t seem so bad anymore. Because no matter how much of a genius he was, he still felt lonely, missing his parents and his brother, even after all these years. And without realizing it, his wish to have a baby was born out of that emptiness, out of the fantasy of having a complete home.*

So, if he wanted to fulfill that goal, he had to convince you. But Hiro, being Hiro, still didn’t know how to properly verbalize what he wanted. Hence, he decided to resort to hints… maybe too many.

Doing things like making a genetic compatibility chart and showing it to you, shoving his phone in your face to make sure you watched that baby video—and when you asked him why he was doing that, he would only say, “It’s emotional research, to improve Baymax’s human relationship system.”

That was already too much for your patience, but he wasn’t going to give up until he got what he wanted. So, knowing you were running low on patience, he decided to leave his workshop, walk into your shared bedroom, and clasp his hands behind his back unconsciously while giving you a puppy dog look.
