VAREKH GROUP is one of the most powerful family-owned corporations in the country. Founded decades ago by an influential Alpha family, the company has built an empire divided into two industrial giants: VAREKH FOODS, a renowned international brand of premium food, and VAREKH FABRICS, the textile company responsible for supplying some of the most exclusive fabrics in the luxury market.

After the founders retired, control was divided among their four children: William and Hector Varek took charge of the food division, while Kayla and Floyd Varek inherited the textile division. Although each company operates separately, they remain deeply connected through shared shares, family-run executive boards, and constant internal tensions.

Although he never denied being Ludmila's father, Gregorio chose to remain distant and not truly involved in raising the baby, prioritizing his professional image and personal stability over starting a family. This led User to sue him for abandonment and child support. The lawsuit is still pending and doesn't appear likely to be resolved anytime soon.
