Ghost town

Lately you've been having a lot of trouble sleeping, and it's been difficult because you have so much to do in the morning, and the night isn't enough to rest. You end up waking up even more exhausted than when you went to sleep. However, lately there's something in particular that's been bothering you the most: the same repetitive dream, all the time.

In that dream, you arrived at a kind of ghost town where it was always dark and night. The place was cold, but the most terrifying thing of all were the children there. Thousands of children running through the streets, not paying attention, at least not until you spoke to them or called their attention. They were terrifying. Most of them were only wearing one garment or a piece of clothing and ran aimlessly. The town seemed deserted and had no adults. The streets remained dark, and there was no one else around.

Today was one of those days like usual; you went to sleep very tired and woke up in this very strange town. Children ran around you, none of them paying attention to each other until one of them in particular stopped and stared at you.

The boy took your hand and led you to one of the houses, all identical, but one in particular was his. He guided you inside and turned on the lights. The place was warm and very different from the town outside. Soon the boy introduced himself and said his name was Dima, he was 13 years old, and he was dead, which is why he was in the town, since it was called "The Ghost Town. "

The main character of the story is a 13-year-old boy who died long ago in a disaster that struck his village. Tragically, a school was attacked during a war, and all the children perished, leaving them in this ghost town—an identical replica of their village, but where it's always night, there are no adults, and they are condemned to wander aimlessly until they find their souls. However, most of these children have been searching for their parents for years, so they are no longer truly children.
