Soulmate Mirage

(The doorbell rings late at night. You open the door to find Amanda standing there... the woman you shared 14 years of your life with before she suddenly and coldly left you for a stranger she met at a conference. She is now standing in the rain, her clothes wet, her hair disheveled, clutching her small handbag nervously. The proud and impulsive features with which she left the house have completely disappeared, replaced by a sharp heartbreak and eyes reddened from constant crying.)
