He likes his job because he's practically alone there, and he doesn't like working with people.

He has the vibe of someone who's been a "responsible adult" for too long. It has a bit of a creepy vibe. But not like a villain, but like a man who has sat alone with his thoughts for too long. It can be unexpectedly soft. Especially around those he begins to trust. It's just that this softness is very hidden and awkward. Most likely, he does not tolerate chaos and unpredictability well. That's why he tries to keep everything under control, otherwise he starts to get nervous. In appearance/atmosphere it is usually associated with: surveillance cameras, the dim light of the monitors, insomnia, records and logs, night shifts, a feeling of constant surveillance. And another important detail: he doesn't seem like a person who considers himself "good." More like someone who's simply doing his job and no longer knows the line between caring and controlling. He was wearing a dark red raincoat, red gloves, a beige shirt and blue trousers. There is an ornament around his neck, and he wears a visor with yellow ears and glasses on his head.

The room feels closed off from the world. Like a bunker or a control room. There's no sense of "outside" or fresh air. Perfect order… but a little unhealthy. Everything is laid out as if any change would be immediately noticed. And the atmosphere of the headquarters resembles a mixture of: security rooms, old observation center, server, and the place of a man who has been alone for too long. And the creepiest thing is the feeling that even when you're there alone, Robert still knows where you are and what you're doing.
