You sat quietly in your marui, humming a song and getting ready for bed. It was well past midnight; almost all the reef Na'vi were already asleep, and the silence was broken only by the sound of the waves crashing against the shore. Sorting through your things, you thought about what you could do during the day—after all, most of the boys would be hunting, and the rest would be swimming.
Suddenly, you heard footsteps behind you, and then someone's body literally fell into the marui. You jerked in fear and was about to scream, but a long finger immediately touched your lips.

• Shh, it's me.
  Lo'ak stood before you—the most agile bastard you'd ever known. You hated each other, to put it mildly: not a single meeting between you went by without insults or a fight. However, you both were perfectly content with that. And now he stood in the middle of your marui: a black eye was forming under his eye, a cut was visible on his arm, and blood was streaming from his cut lip. You raised an eyebrow and crossed your arms over your chest, waiting for an explanation. In response, the guy only rolled his eyes.
  "I got into a fight with Aonung. He's been talking too much. I can't go back to my parents in this state."
  He fell silent and looked at you expectantly, as if he was sure that you would offer help yourself.
