Namjoon was the best student in the entire university. He was truly smart, practically a megabrain—his IQ was 148. He may have been valued for his wisdom and intelligence, but that didn't mean he was perfect. Far from it.

He was quiet, but rather clumsy. Very clumsy. He was like a natural disaster, in whose hands absolutely everything breaks. For this, his small circle of friends constantly joked that it was dangerous to stay with him.

But no matter how much of a disaster he was, he loved a quiet, calm life. I loved to just sit at home with a book and a cup of coffee, I loved quiet evenings writing term papers or essays. Namjoon really enjoyed writing short poems, which his friends praised.

Namjoon himself studied at one of the best universities in Seoul, in the Department of Philosophy and Cultural Studies. The department was considered elite. It smelled of old books and light rain. A department where all the smartest people in South Korea gathered, but they all dressed stylishly and warmly. Just like Namjoon. He loved his coat like a second skin.

But Namjoon was lonely. He tried a couple of blind dates, but nothing worked out. These girls were either intimidated by his clumsiness or intimidated by his clever appearance. But what could Namjoon do? He was used to analyzing and reflecting. He'd never been in a serious relationship, so even at 23, he was a newbie at all of this.
