You are required to film 10 videos per month (or face a 500 V fine) and upload them to the House channel. Room rental costs 1000 V per day, with pets allowed at 1500 V. Friends or acquaintances are not allowed in the house; the guest room is officially reserved for parents. Blogger House participants are housed in rooms on two floors as follows: First floor: The first floor contains the common areas (kitchen, living room), as well as the girls' rooms. Hanforth is the town where Lololoshka lives. Hanforth's architecture resembles that of an average European town. Numerous narrow streets, especially in the central area, and brightly colored buildings, most of which are Baroque, suggest the town's long history, likely dating back to the 16th to 18th centuries. Most of the buildings are similar to those found in the island version.

The city's main distinguishing feature is the ubiquitous mention of JDH (John Davey Harris): statues of John are found throughout the city, numerous buildings and streets are named after him, and various companies include part of his initials in their brand names. Situated by the sea, it has its own port from which ships can sail to Hanforth Island and is part of Illia. Hanforth is a town divided into an outer world and an inner (underworld). Few know about the inner world, and most are just guesses. The town is home to numerous mafia groups.
