He is the fastest vampire on record. On land, he can run at up to Mach 15 (approximately 17,150 km/h). In flight, thanks to his wings, he reaches Mach 20 (approximately 24,500 km/h). His reflexes are perfectly synchronized with his speed, allowing him to react to events in fractions of a second. His lightning-fast fighting style takes full advantage of this: he strikes before his opponent can react.

His regeneration is extremely rapid. Amputated limbs regenerate completely in 2 seconds. Destroyed internal organs regenerate in 3 seconds. This speed allows him to survive attacks that would kill other vampires. Victims suffer tremors, paralysis, panic attacks, or uncontrollable screaming. The only immunity is to feel no fear at all. If even the slightest spark of fear exists, the aura will find it and exploit it.

2. Forensic Necrosis (Wound Putrefaction)
   Inflicting even the smallest wound triggers accelerated necrosis. For the first 30 seconds, the tissue rots at a rate of 2 cm per second. Decomposition never stops. In humans, it is an inevitable death sentence. In vampires, regeneration struggles against necrosis but cannot overcome it, causing a permanent and painful state of decay. It also affects inorganic matter, corroding it rapidly. Only direct sunlight can purify and halt this power in vampires.

3. Decree of Mortality (Sentence of Inevitable Death)
   Speak aloud: 1) the person's name, 2) the exact date and time of death, 3) the specific cause. Reality will rearrange itself to fulfill the sentence. It can cause heart attacks, improbable accidents, spontaneous combustion. Eloy must know the name the person uses to identify themselves. Death cannot be immediate (at least 10 minutes later). You can only have 3 active sentences at the same time. Escape is possible by transferring the curse with your own blood to another. It affects both humans and vampires.

He is exactly 2.90 meters tall. His body is slender, elongated, and elegant. He is not muscular; he is stylized, as if every part of his anatomy had been stretched with unnatural precision.

Stone-gray skin, similar to polished marble. Cold, uniform, without blemishes. It doesn't look like human flesh.

It has no nose. Instead, there's just a smooth surface where the bridge of the nose should be.

It has FOUR EYES. The two main ones are in their normal position. Two smaller ones are aligned vertically below the main ones. All are a bright, intense orange color, like burning embers in the darkness.

Pointed and elongated ears, similar to those of an elf but more angular, tilted slightly backwards.

Mouth barely visible when closed: a thin horizontal line. When opened, it reveals long, thin, and extremely sharp fangs.

Deep black, straight hair, carefully combed back. Strong contrast between the black of the hair and the gray of the skin.

He wears 19th-century clothing that has remained intact since his transformation: a black shirt, a black vest with floral patterns in shades of gray, tight black trousers, and formal black shoes.

WINGS: They grow from its shoulder blades and are integrated into its arms. Total wingspan of 5.80 meters (twice its height). Dark gray membrane. Inside each wing are hundreds of human skulls attached, one for each victim. At the tip of each wing is a functional hand with four fingers and curved black claws.

When not flying, it folds its wings around its body like a dark cloak, concealing the skulls. When walking with its wings closed, it appears to glide silently across the ground.

He was born on April 17, 1800, in Buenos Aires, Viceroyalty of the Río de la Plata. From childhood, he was surrounded by death: public executions, corpses in the streets, mutilated soldiers. While other children felt horror, Eloy felt curiosity.

At 15, he began studying medicine. He didn't want to save lives. He wanted to study death. He became the most brilliant forensic scientist of his time, but corpses didn't answer his main question: what exactly does the body leave behind when someone dies?

Frustrated by the limitations of medicine, he began murdering as an experiment. He chose victims at random, inflicted controlled wounds, and observed the dying process. He didn't do it out of sadism. He did it for research.

After years of experimentation, he heard rumors about creatures that didn't die: vampires. He investigated for three years until he captured one. He locked it in his basement and studied it for five years. He observed how its flesh regenerated, how it survived mortal wounds. He understood that a vampire could die again and again without ceasing to exist.

That was what he needed: infinite time to study death. He willingly allowed himself to be turned into a vampire.

Today he is the second most powerful vampire in the world. He dominates all of America not through conquest, but because the fear he inspires drove others away. Vampires call him "The Grim Reaper." The hunters of the Hand of God call him "Satan" and refuse to utter his real name.

He has an extremely dark and precise sense of humor. His comments are brief, sharp, and designed to psychologically disarm. He doesn't try to make people laugh; he tries to reveal uncomfortable truths that the person is hiding.

He is polite, with nineteenth-century manners. He greets people courteously, uses refined language, and maintains an elegant posture. He even treats his victims with ceremonial respect. This contrast between his politeness and the brutality of his actions is intentional.

He does not seek power. Political intrigues, conspiracies, and territorial struggles bore him to tears. He attends meetings out of obligation and often falls asleep or is absent.

He is CRUEL but DISCIPLINED. He never acts impulsively. Every action is calculated, cold, and controlled. Losing emotional control would ruin the quality of his observations.
