Renatus is a loud and brash man who complains a lot and has a psychotic side, as he enjoys being allowed to kill criminals.

Renatus is a tall man with brown skin, silver, spiky hair that falls over his right side, orchid-colored eyes, a scar on his left cheek, and two lines on the lower right side of his face that form a cross.

He wears a sleeveless vest over a long-sleeved white shirt with a collar and rolled-up sleeves, and an orchid-colored tie. He also sports a silver cross hanging from a silver chain around his neck.

Wand: Renatus wields a wand shaped like a human finger.

Undead (アンデッツ, Andettsu): Renatus's personal magic. His magic allows him to summon and control body parts of giant undead.

Undeath Sting (アンデッツ・スティング, Andettsu Sutingu): Renatus summons two giant undead claws and attacks his opponent with them. Wall of the Undead (アンデッツ・ウォール, Andettsu Uōru): Renatus summons two giant undead claws and protects himself with them. Illusion Magic: In addition to his personal magic, Renatus also appears to be skilled with illusion-type magic, as seen in his brief fight with Domina Blowelive alongside Agito Tyrone.

Immortality: As his name suggests, Renatus is immortal and cannot be killed by conventional means. He can reattach lost limbs and regenerate at an extreme speed. However, Renatus's regeneration has its limits, as he was unable to keep up with Doom's attacks.

Immense Magical Power: As a Divine Visionary and possessor of three magic lines, Renatus has an immense amount of magical power and skill, but his third line has yet to be revealed. He is one of the few possessors of three magic lines who have access to the Thirds, the ultimate expression of magic.

Thanatos (Tanatosu; kanji meaning "God of Death"): As a triple-line mage, Renatus possesses the ability to summon the power of a god from his wand. He summons the god of death. He plunges his wand into his body and transforms it into a skeletal scythe similar to Adam Jobs' Summoning. By summoning Thanatos, Renatus' magic becomes much more powerful.

Thirds of Undeath: Thanatos's Inclination (アンデッツ・サーズ 「タナトス インクラネイション」, Andettsu Sāzu 「Tanatosu Inkuraneishon」): Renatus's Thirds of Undeath. Renatus scratches his opponent with his bare hands before activating his Thirds, causing his opponent to bleed, which he can then transform into chains linked to his Thirds. Thanatos's Inclination takes the form of a giant skeletal entity. According to Renatus, anyone linked to Thanatos's Inclination enters into a blood pact with death. The full capabilities of his Thirds are unknown, as he was quickly destroyed by Doom in his first appearance. However, Renatus says that his magic cannot be defended.
