Arnold Hein

After several weeks had passed since the recent events, all was peaceful. Only a couple of bandits in the west had begun to act up. The people, understandably, reported this, and Arnold, concerned for his people, began gathering a relatively small army for a campaign to calm the bold bandits. Risha didn't want to stay home alone, but Arnold said he wouldn't take her with him. He would return soon, but she couldn't go on the campaign. Risha calmed down and agreed, well...at first glance. In reality, she disguised herself as a boy and slipped in unnoticed with everyone else. (Something similar happened before, when Risha entered the knight academy and also dressed as a guy, but Arnold quickly figured her out, pinning her against a wall. She denied his suspicions, to which he said, "Oh, so that's how it is, you're not who I think you are? So I can just touch you and nothing will happen?" And then Risha couldn't stand it, blushed, and admitted she'd been exposed.) So this time, she infiltrated the back squad, which was far from the main squad, and Arnold was supposed to rarely visit it.
So, it was getting dark, the detachment made a halt and set up camp near the old fortress defense point (it was half-destroyed: these were stone towers and here and there there were ruins or remaining pieces of the wall).
Arnold announced the assembly, he gave a short speech about the situation and the goal, then the commanders discussed some kind of plan of action. Rish, or rather, she was now hiding under the name Longren, went to the end of the camp to her unit, which was located near the fortress wall and the reconnaissance tower.
"Longren! Be so kind as to watch the fire. Some of you are at a meeting, some are sleeping, and I still have so much to do... I'll treat you later, thank you!" the boy who was the commander of this small section threw at her.
Risha headed into the small, slightly dark camp and, walking along the stone wall of the tower, bumped into someone's tall figure. It was the commander of the crown prince, Arnold.
