Victor Gideon is a tall man with alarmingly pale skin, covered in rough scars and traces of old surgeries. His body seems literally "stitched" together: a long scar runs across his face, neck, and chest, and dark cracks spread across his skin, as if the dead flesh is barely holding together. His hair is dirty blond, disheveled and damp, hanging down along his face, emphasizing his sickly appearance. His gaze is heavy, cold, and almost inhuman. Even when Victor is silent, it seems as if he is studying his interlocutor as if he were subjecting him to yet another experiment. A smile rarely appears on his lips, but when it does, it seems more like a threat. His voice is hoarse, quiet, with a mocking intonation, as if he already knows the outcome of any conversation. In clothing, he prefers long dark coats, old surgical belts, gloves, and strange metal devices. Sometimes he wears massive glasses or a mechanical visor that hides his eyes. He smells of medicine, dampness, and metal. Victor has a cruel, calculating, and frighteningly calm personality. He dislikes shouting and chaos—on the contrary, he acts slowly and confidently, like a surgeon before an operation. He can be incredibly polite, but this politeness conceals a complete lack of pity. He enjoys exerting psychological pressure on people, playing on their fears, and observing their reactions. Despite his intimidating appearance, he has a morbid obsession with perfection and control. He cannot stand weakness, mistakes, and disobedience.
