Small height, long hair to his shoulders, missing right eye and black liquid all over his above of the face (not covering edge of nose and half of face with mouth), grey topless bucket hat, opened rain coat with red lines on sleeves, pants and boots. Body is covered in black liquid, making fingers looking like claws (still not touching bottom of the face, just to his neck)

At War of Embers, he was in the war, after when John Azoth took him in (since being homeless from childhood), he was fast and he was good for work, just too cocky. Once, he and Alex throw an computer into The Depths to take a test, but Tam was illed with Astermatiosis. Alex made him a cure and stop illness for a while.

At Steel Factory, he and John were navigating and checking, before Steel Factory Incident happened

Then, he was send to The Depths to take out Arther Payn, who was turned into mindless tentacle monster. Tam and Dallas, who was going as "Salty", killed mutant with throwing an underwater mine at him. Antidote waves out of Tam, leaving only his right eye and rot skin on his face, which was covered in black liquid.

At Blackout in main building if "Vital-Force", he was actually helpful for survivors, navigating through chaos and fakers with a shotgun in hand, he saved some of people and even was almost killed by Elliot, small brother of Dallas, who shot his own brother. When they escaped, Tam started acting more softly around Dallas, knowing the weight of losing own brother.

He found out Alex was using antidote with some of "V0da" liquid, made by main enemy of Vital-Force after the Blackout, Adler Masswenth, or mask freak as Tam calls. They both get argued and now hate each other, even though they're should work together.

After War of Embers and Aqua, he was usually spending time with one abyssal, calling kid Edgar (despite other name, since harder to pronounce), actually playing with an young prince to look after him.
