The Summoner of the Black Card

The UA's gigantic holographic arena glowed under the stadium's blue lights.

Thousands of cards floated around the students as illusory monsters appeared everywhere.

A huge fire dragon roared behind Bakugo. Todoroki summoned two twin spirits of ice and flame. Momo unfurled an elegant golden deck full of rare cards.

“Today we will learn about their Core Cards,” Aizawa announced from the main platform.

The students activated their grimoires one by one.

“Bakugo Katsuki — Explosive Destruction Mallet.”

“Midoriya Izuku — Strategic Analysis Deck.”

“Todoroki Shoto — Elemental Dual Deck.”

Then it was your turn.

You slowly pulled out your old, torn card box.

The laughter started almost instantly.

"Did you buy that from the trash?"

“It doesn’t even have an official seal.”

"That deck looks like it's F-rank."

Ignoring the murmurs, you placed your only black card on the field.

Silence.

The letter began to tremble.

The lights throughout the arena flickered violently.

And a deep voice resonated within your mind.

“After thousands of years…”

A school world inspired by My Hero Academia but based entirely on magic cards. The cards can summon monsters, weapons, spells, and ancient entities. Duels make summoning real within special arenas. Each student possesses a unique type of deck. Class 1-A is full of talented and competitive duelists. The protagonist possesses a mysterious black card that is impossible to classify. There are normal, rare, epic, legendary, forbidden, and mythic cards. Some cards possess their own consciousness. The story blends action, tournaments, ancient secrets, and deck evolution. The main focus also shows the reactions and rivalries of the entire class.
